Caution you may lose friends! This general is perfect for people who want early control of the board and aren't afraid of putting a target on there forehead. Its pretty good in 1v1 and okay in multiplayer. Card suggestions are welcome but just try to keep the price under $5 because i want to try to keep this low budget thanks and have a nice day.

ideal scenarios (switch Diplomatic Immunity with Greater Auramancy if you have the money

T1 play a basic land and use it for Mana Vault use the three mana for Expedition Map or Wayfarer's Bauble if you use Expedition Map get Hall of the Bandit Lord
T2 take one damage from Mana Vault play another basic and use the mana for Lightning Greaves or Armillary Sphere
T3 play non basic that comes in tapped such as Hall of the Bandit Lord then use the two mana for a signet or to sac Armillary Sphere
T4 play Zur the Enchanter then give him haste with Lightning Greaves or Hall of the Bandit Lord attack and find Nevermore if they haven't cast there general and they are about to or Diplomatic Immunity if you know they have a lot of removal
T5 untap mana vault for later use and find enchantments and have fun being an A**hole
OR
T1basic land and Mana Vault don't tap yet
T2 Hall of the Bandit Lord use Mana Vault for Obelisk of Esper then tap it and your basic for one of your signets
T3play basic land play Zur the Enchanter using Hall of the Bandit Lord and attack and get Diplomatic Immunity
T4 laugh insanely as you get Nevermore so they can't play their general
