Xur is selling Gjallarhorn in the normal tower. If you have been excluded in the past because you didn't have one you can finally aquire one for 17 coins I believe.

I still play, but I've had the 3 I need. I've also taken apart 3. So yeah, it's good for the other people who don't have it. Keep in mind Bungie is nerfing it in a month.

I've only ever had my 3. But the odd thing was I got them all in a week. 2 from nightfalls and 1 from the crota chest when it still gave exotics.

But guess what? There Nerfing the paradise horn. Oh no, now the community has to actually play the game rather then carry 500 heavy ammo synths and fire gjallarhorn from what ever cheese spot is "required" to beat what ever boss the're fighting

It only takes like a few clips from a fire-team in the strike lists. I still have ammo left from time I bought 100 synth when xur brought heavy ammo back after a long time without having it. But the community did become to reliant on the "easy button". My usual raid team only ever had like 3 horns at a time and we did fine, even in hard modes.

They're only nerfing the wolfpack rounds by like 20%, so instead of doing 200 per round they do 160. Not a huge difference considering everyone in my raid team had one. Basically we're still going to sweep bosses the same way we've always done it.

On the subject of nerf/buff, any guess what will be the next best thing will be in crucible?

I've been using The Messenger that I got from Trials (not the adept version, still haven't gotten there), and 2 bursts will almost always take someone out.
I'm hoping to see less Thorn/Last Word and every shotgun that is Matador/Party Crasher/Felwinter since they're nerfing the range buffs for all of them. Auto Rifles and Fusion Rifles will probably make their return (Suros was my original weapon of choice for the Crucible before the first weapon tuning update).

Man I need to get back into Destiny... I was without Gjallarhorn myself. And I don't think I've got the coins to buy it from Xur now.
