I'm a Notre Dame and Chicago Bears fan. Holy crap were those the games! Sad to see the Lions loose. Some upsets in the NCAA. Green Bay won. I hate Green Bay. And that is all.

Oh please. Try hating the Packers while living hours away from Green Bay, surrounded by Cheeseheads, and having Eddie Lacy on your fantasy team.
It was not a good day of football for me. At least my fantasy team one though.

Lol thanks Epochalyptik.
Yo Ghost, shall we make a casual wager when the fudge Packers play the Bears? :-D

I want the Packers to lose. I want Eddie Lacy to score 20+ points in the game. I want the Lions to win the division.
Sadly, I don't think any of that will come to pass. Damn you Aaron Rogers. Damn you elite passing game. And damn you inconsistency.
That said, I think I'd take the Packers, but I may have to analyze more.

I lost 4 players to injury today on my fantasy team...all starters.

Yes. Yes they do.
I think I could take that bet aeonstoremyliver, but only if it was $1 do bulk rares. That's quite a bit penny trade fodder after all.

Pfff. I saw Brandon Marshall was questionable/doubtful in the morning, so I benched him for Knowshon Moreno in both my leagues (my teams are suprisingly deep). Now I have two very close games, as opposed to two blowouts. Screw teams and their secretive ways

They sportsed pretty good, but the other team just sportsed better.

I don't understand the terms foot and ball being co joined into a singular word 'football'. Please explain what this is.
I'm going back to watching Star Trek.

Is football the one with the one with the racquets? Or is that hockey?

Go Cowboys! Ran right over the Titans. Rams are next.

Poor Seahawks.... That game was so close too until the very end. At least that patriots won!

I'm a redskins fan and the game was emotional to say the least. I'm a big fan of Kirk cousins but I'm not sure if he's ready to play this whole season if rg3 isn't able to play for anwhile

GoldGhost012 I'll take that dollar wager, sir! Bears vs Packers is always a good game.
I wish I had the time for Fantasy Football. In any case, this is looking to be an interesting season.

Andrew Luck almost single-handedly beat me. But he didn't, so week 1 win for me!

Yeah. Football. Make those baskets. Do the thing.
I care little to none about this sport. Hockey, on the other hand, is another story. but yeah, football is a no go.

You'd love it up here in Houghton, Dalektable. Hockey is the national sport as well as our only Division I Varsity sport. There's a hockey arena and a renovated arena where we won the NCAA D I tournament way back when. The signs coming in and out of the town say "Birthplace of Professional Hockey," and since it snows basically October through May, there is much broomball to be played.

GoldGhost012 Wow, that's amazing! I live in Nashville, so we get literally no snow so seeing games is limited to going to NHL games a few times a year. I played street hockey for awhile, due to lack of options for ice hockey.

Yeah, people up here are really intense about the game. Damn good thing I already knew how it was played; thank you Red Wings.

I quit watching hockey after Chris Chelios defected to the Red Wings. I did catch a few games that the Blackhawks played in, subsequently won, the Stanley Cup awhile back.

And so, after Eddie Lacy failed me yet again, the Lions vanquished the Packers. And there was much rejoicing.

I got Bush so I'm happy bout that but single digit points from Aaron Rodgers? Lame.

Yeah sportsball. Do the thing. Win the points.
