I cannot drink. So I hope you had many in my honor. When I get home from this place, I will make up for lost time. I also want to start my video articles again. I think I am going to do a deck tech while loaded with cheap booze. For an added effect. I am not sure if I am going to do any prizes anymore though, I recently got into EDH, so my "one-of" cards are starting to get some use.

Yo, as far as the online personality thing goes... I am absolutely the same person, on and offline. But I was a very timid dude back in jr. high. One day I realized that people change all the time, (like, they come and go often) so I should just go out and crank it up to 11, you know? Don't let society force you to believe that being yourself isn't cool.
I live by the personal mantra that "sometimes going too far is the only way to go", now I know nothing about you guys in real life, (I would hope to, since everyone on here is pretty rad) but just do "you". Be the person you are, fuck the world. Confidence will follow right behind.
Before I became an adult and joined the Army and gained 50 pounds (I got beefy during basic training) I was a 122 pound scrawny white guy. I was 5'5" and by the way i normally dressed, most chicks would look at me, and walk away.
BUT, if you know anything about some of my posts on here... those stories are all true. I decided that I liked adventure when i was young, and i loved pirates. The person I was in chat rooms or at random "i don't know any of these people here" gatherings was nuts. I would take random dares. I would walk up to chicks and just ask them, "why aren't we fucking right now??" I was, in the flesh, a 21st Century Pirate.
But at school??? I was scared shitless to ask a girl to a school dance. I would almost have panic attacks when I had to sit next to a cute chick in class.
You just have to break down the barrier and go all in. Like I said, the confidence will follow. Believe it or not, after the age of 24 (when you're in the real world) (and I am 29 now) nobody cares if I play MTG. Nobody cares that I only watch animated shows. Nobody cares that my MTG collection is worth more than my car. Nerdy is cool to many of these people.
As for that cute chick in class?? I have been married to her for 10 years. Biggity Bam!!

Shit, I didn't mean to ramble.
But, I lost a good friend later on in life because of social issues like that. He was awesome to hang out with, but he was totally different in public. I guess I am just trying to help.

I'm pretty much the same online and offline. There's probably a wee bit more sarcasm online, but you'd be hard pressed to prove it. To all the younger people out there just remember: The real world is actually trying to eat your soul. That's why you need to fight back via things you love. And stuff. I can't match the wise old age of 29 (I'm only 23) right now. I also lack a pirate story. Oh well.

Well about me waiting lol, my brother is kind of on the way to destroying his future, so I'm kind of wary about that kind of thing. And about being yourself, as long as you look confident and smile, people really don't care how much of a nerd you are. I have "jock" friends and even some hot girls will talk to me lol but they all know I'm a major nerd. All it takes is smiling and ignoring when people try to put you down. Good luck everyone in your own lives

Thanks for the kind words, though, guys. I have seen ALOT of shit ALL over the world. I have eaten a cheeseburger on 4 continents, 16 countries, and 36 of the United States. I have some of the most insane drunken stories abroad that I cannot even remember at times. With all the stuff that I have done, I have come to a point where I would rather use my experience as a warning/help for others. Maybe one day I wil tell you guys about the gypsy incident. It kind of shaped my entire adult life...
Tell you all what, i will post it up when i get back from Africa.
