Back, and ready to wreck some nooby brews for modern league.

On the way to Virginia. Man it feels so nice not going to my classes. I am a little disappointed I'm missing psychology though.

Euro lands look WAY better in paper, just like older printing cards do. Gatherer cannot capture the magnificence of old cards.

Why is it that the old artwork looks so scrappy online?

Old cards are were painted pictures, new ones are computer generated.

No particular reason, it just seems that this thread dies during the day.
April 9, 2015 11:44 a.m.
ThisIsBullshit that's because most people have jobs or school during the day and don't have time to post.

In 14 hours from now, I will have one of the hardest "entry test" or "countest" (don't know how to say it proprely in english, but a test that you pass and if your grade is one of the best you're able to pass other tests that will decide if you will or will not enter the school) of my whole tiny life.
You're allowed to pass this test three times in your life, and each time you're in competition against all the buds that are trying to pass it for the first/second and thrid time.
So, I'm in competition with people that are in their second year of "classe prepa", and I'm at my first one. I also am in the one that is meant to be the weakest in maths or physics, but better in engineering. The test hasn't got the slicest bit of engineering, and is focused on maths physics and written english. I'm a beast in physics, I think I'm not that bad in english and I'm a bloody d*ck in maths.
There are 2000 students against me. 14 places avaible.
I'm fucking gonna die.

Then I suggest you get off the site, revise for an hour or two, take a break and go to sleep.

Going to secondary school? Honestly, it doesn't matter that much. If you work hard you may as well be in any school in the country. Success is is most often based on the effort YOU put in, not which school you get into.

I'm really behind on my paperwork for the hospital. Clinical jobs are more about forms than people these days.....

Well, this one is the only national airplane piloting school in France. I don't really know what secondary school is, but for me it is something that comes after the thing that comes after highschool.
kyuuri117 I know all my subjects, or at least in physics. In maths, it's more complicated than just knowing what your teacher said (and mine is saying bullshit all the time :<). So I'm just gonna eat and go to sleep in an hour, to be ready for 8 hours of pure Shrieking Affliction.
ChiefBell: in France, there aren't enough places in some hospitals... And a goddamn lot of forms. x)

So I've realized I'm slowly turning into Scott Pilgrim with glasses minus the band and minus 7 evil exes that I have to fight.
April 9, 2015 1:56 p.m.
Finished Fullmetal Alchemist in 2 days. Woo. Now time for English muffins and DOTA.

Zoo um... no. I was actually thinking more along the lines of Scott Pilgrim from the graphic novels.

Welp, looks like I have to find a way to get to NYC within the next 36 hours.
Also, Blueneck.

Scott Pilgrim is one of those comics that when you read it for the first time, you don't feel worthy enough to read it. As in, you aren't cool enough.

Delaware. It's a three-hour drive, but if I manage to leave from work tomorrow, I could probably catch a train and be there early.

April 9, 2015 5:37 p.m.
Epoch if you're down I'll come home Saturday to meet up. NYC is my turf yo.
In other news, I imagine shopping for protein powder to me is the same as shopping for clothes to girls. I always get the same thing though.

Here we go boys, this is my board state on turn 4 against a budget U-Tron.
April 9, 2015 6:55 p.m.
I hope your deck becomes a new archtype, Femme_Fatale :3. Any tier.. Just so energetic.
So I got a burn question(Oppinions, not rules)...
Why do peeps view Atarka's Command as a Skullcrack only instead of a variable double Lightning Bolt with options?
April 9, 2015 7:25 p.m.
ThisIsBullshit says... #40
They don't. It just happens that usually the most common effects chosen are those two.
April 9, 2015 7:27 p.m.
ryo rematch right now. I haven't won a game since we played. I need to remove this curse.
April 9, 2015 7:31 p.m.
Hmm. :( That and Swiftspear are whats driving my interest in burn, ThisIsBullshit.
I may be misunderstanding it.. seems like yeh want as many Lightning Bolts as possible with as little downside as possible.
Just seeing on the primer that they aren't running them as 4 ofs and Im trying to construct a way to defend myself doing so.
I got a question for yeh, Ill post on your deck btw. :P
April 9, 2015 7:31 p.m.
Does anyone ever really get bored with burn?
April 9, 2015 7:35 p.m.
xD Well... is there anything that can shut down burn like Stony Silence does affinity? I can deal with how linear its game plan is..
I still got hatebears.. and thats still linear, sorta.
