The New Anafenza that I prob shouldnt be trying to jam into my hatebears is at 17$ already in some places... I hope that doesnt stick.. :( No way shes that good.

I dont want to run her cause shes a hatebear for sure.. I just want to play with a cute combo... I mean my deck aint even finished, and my meta is small and full of good matchups I didnt expect. So...
That and I cant possible lose when my 16th card in my side board is a Storm Crow... Obviously booting something for FNM... Just for massive trolls when I vial it in... I did that proxy playtesting and the dude I was playing with said "Did that just happen?"...

Still cant afford what abzan did to Wilt-Leaf Liege....

Wilt leaf liege isn't a hatebear. Really you just want to be running creatures that shuts down Abzan specifically, not just creatures that are quite large.
You might want Thalia, Guardian of Thraben to turn off their removal.
You might want Voice of Resurgence to force them to play at instant speed.
You might want Loxodon Smiter to make liliana useless.
You might want Leonin Arbiter to make fetchlands useless.
What you want to avoid is just throwing in large creatures for the sake of it. I suppose you could run 3x Wilt-Leaf Liege strictly as a finisher but I'd argue your creatures still won't be large enough to threaten the rhino. What I think you really need is perhaps 2 or 3 copies of that new card to slowly get bigger and bigger over time. I can't think of many selesnya cards that threaten a 4/5 for 4 mana.

I run a split between liege and Hero of Bladehold :P
I only kicked Gaddock Teeg(singleton... no Zeniths..) out and sideboarded a Qasali Pridemage for playing with Anafenza once I can get one.. Just to play it with Kitchen Finks... any actual legit event though, she really dont need to be in the official list.
I wouldnt even dare run the new anafenza vs abzan or rhino... o,O

Yeh thats a problem. You can't run something like that against a removal heavy deck.

Mirran Crusader would be nice, Id feel better about running them if I had a singleton sword for em... otherwise its just asking to eat a bolt... Id rather run Spellskite..
..and Oversoul of Dusk/Batterskull would likely just eat up space as I dont tend to make more than 4 mana on a good game if I haven't been popping Ghost Quarters...

This meta aint GP though. Its a small mining community town.. Mostly budget decks... Siege Rhino still a thing here though...

I rather like my Celestial Purge and potentially Rest in Peace if I were to face an abzan list packing goyfs and tasigur...

Never, ever, ever run Rest in Peace against Abzan. 1) It doesn't actually stop the deck doing what it wants to do, and 2) It dies to Abrupt Decay which is a 3-4 of in the deck.
Celestial Purge is a great idea.

That art on that fake card was very nice. I think making waves like that could get him the desired attention. It might be easier to try to make/find contact with current artists. Should provide much more information on how to get to that point. I am sure supply is higher then demand in that field.
