Yeah ... I'd never steal panties if I went full lesbo. Used panties are gross, if mainly for the fact of period blood stains gross me out.

Erotica is by far one of the best forms of porn. But so under appreciated because men primarily need visual stimuli and to be able to personify themselves into the situation they are viewing.

I agree with Femme_Fatale. Erotica is great. I'm gay, so maybe that's why I enjoy it more than other men? My brain is hardwired differently.

That actually makes sense -x-Juuzou-x-x-, as there is a lot more evidence stating that sexual orientation is biologically driven than through environmental experiences. Specifically, those who are exposed to the opposite gender's hormones during fetal development have a higher chance of becoming homosexual. This would mean (to some degree, obviously physical body would be influenced) that brain structure is influenced in some way to be more in the direction of the opposite gender, developing more of a female preference to things. Could explain why homosexual men, on average, seem so feminine.

But then I wonder ... at what point does the being exposed to the opposite gender's hormones at fetal development have the child become homosexual or become transgendered?

March 12, 2015 10:43 a.m.

CuteSnail says... #17

I have no idea, but Ir's a very interesting point. If ever you find some insight, feel free to let me know.

That's another thing, I've been told I don't show those feminine traits and that often times leads to people wanting me to prove I'm gay.

What effects the levels of feminine traits, is it just the amount of feminine hormones exposed to?

March 12, 2015 10:51 a.m.

Femme_FataleThat is interesting. And I have to wonder the same thing, because my best friend identified as a lesbian for years and then like 3 years ago (something like that) realized they were trans.

That wasn't a fun time because my friend alienated me because they thought I was going hate them. We still have disagreements over certain issues like this, but they're more political and intellectual in nature. For example: to what extent is being politically correct too much?

I also have difficulty with the pronoun thing. Growing up with someone who was girl most of the time you've known them and then they become a boy.... Well... shrug takes time I suppose.

The thing with me, is that I never knew I was interested in guys till after I realized that I could become the other gender. I always knew that I would never find love as a man, as I never really held the same interest in woman that other men did (sure ain't homosexual from a male stand-point, that thought repulses me). Right about when I started looking at porn (important note here, basically when the sexual part of puberty kicked it), I started to long for the various feminine aspects that I saw. The luscious body, being more emotionally connected, the ability to express oneself through beauty, and being able to achieve a higher tiered orgasm, were all among the things I had longed for. Back then, it was just a fantasy, to be the opposite gender, and it threw me into depression as I was not satisfied being male. I have no idea when fantasy turned into realization that I could undergo a transition, but it did occur and after making an effort to actually transition, the depression went away and clarity of my destination became clear. Light at the end of the tunnel, or so they say.

Gender dysphoria.

There's definitely evidence that different genders view sexual material differently. Men tend to prefer images. There's also evidence that gender, and sexual orientation is biological in nature (NOT WHOLLY THOUGH!). Ergo the way that we prioritise different types of sexual stimuli is somewhat biologically based.

However society also has a massive impact. Hence fetishes.

March 12, 2015 12:08 p.m.

Femme_Fatale says... #21

That's sexual preference, not orientation. Those are two different things. Society does have an impact on your sexuality yes, but fetishes do not equal orientation.

March 12, 2015 12:11 p.m.

ChiefBell says... #22

No, I understand the difference. I'm trying to say that in the matter of sexuality we know that society can paly a role, in a general sense. Sorry for confusion.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to discuss whether gender determines if images or sound or text is a bigger turn on, but I think it also has to do with personality types. Some people love to read, others hate it. I'd be willing to bet that most straight men who really enjoy reading books in general would enjoy reading erotic literature, and vice versa.

March 12, 2015 1:21 p.m.

Dude Minnesota is pretty great. At least it's not Canada.

It is pretty good. Except for spring...flooding is a thing.

March 12, 2015 1:26 p.m.

Femme_Fatale says... #45

It is definitely classified that men in general need visual stimuli. Women don't seem to have a sensory stimuli requirement, and more or less need an mental stimuli. IE. fantasies. Which is mainly why men can't get a woman if they just ask to have sex with her at the bar, they don't realize that they need to titillate her mind and make her want sex. It's odd to think of it this way, but basically, women need to be manipulated, and can be manipulated to have sex even in situations that might really put them off, that is, if you are good enough, and have a significant amount of knowledge of what her fantasies are.

March 12, 2015 1:26 p.m.

Well fuck spring. It went from literally -10 to 40 degrees in about two days here. I want it to be a solid 25 and I'll be happy.
