Apparently this site is very confusing for new users. Very hard to see what works and what doesn't. I'm tempted to make a tutorial from scratch.

Nope. It's still there. bigguy99 just HAD to butcher it by bringing it up to page 501 though.

The subcategory forum pages don't actually get bumped up whenever someone posts on them. Only the initial forum page shows bumped threads.

I on the other hand am filled with very violent thoughts about these idiots who think 20minutes till closed is the perfect to grab a cart full of groceries. This translates to me staying spending an additional 30 mintues after closed cleaning up after said people. Yaaaaay. No seriously my thoughts are pretty r rated atm

Jeskai Sage would play a different role though, delver really needs a way to get card advantage again, and it just seemed like fun in jund. Not necessarily a replacement.

It's not really an advantage to give your opponent your draw spell to also draw cards. Even if you kill it afterwards you had to use 2 spells to draw 2 cards

The plan usually wouldn't be to kill after they get it but to race. You would defiantly have to go a heavier agro build with this like goblin guides and lava spikes on top of your normal cards.

Jund?!!
What? Every single card in jund is more powerful than Humble Defector. I don't really like it unless you have a way to make shenanigans. I like it with Splinter Twin, but it doesn't work with Kiki.

sirbar thanks. I'm still experimenting with colours though. I wanted to do something fancier, but I'm terrible at teaching myself code. I tried to get swirls and what not around it and it looked really awkward.

Your welcome, I think it will be easier to read with either a black outline or a darker font. My vote is the black outline, then the white glow.

sirbar I don't know how to do a black outline. I'd like to keep the red + blue font with the white shadow to keep the jeskai theme.

Humble defector might have been decent in modern jeskai ascendency, with the ability to keep un-tapping and re-tapping it in response to the change sides trigger. But, with treasure cruise gone, we'll never know. The only other place I can currently see him is in standard in a mono-red deck. My friend's been using it with four searing bloods. In the matchup's where Blood is dead, just use it on the Defector before it untaps.
