I'm now 13/100 of the way towards building my Zedruu deck. I should get him last just to make it special, but who knows how long it'll take to get ABUR duals and ZEN fetches.

Huehue. My deck fucks with incompetent pilots though. Don't believe me? Play vs any midrange deck with it and see how the smallest misplay loses you the game.

I just played one of my decks on untap and this guy rage-quit after I was able to get Karma, Citadel of Pain, Manabarbs, Personal Sanctuary and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth all out.
I love it when people rage-quit.

My casual friends back home hated playing against me after a while. They thought things like Thoughtseize were really cheap, so sometimes they would even refuse to play me haha. Sometimes I had to lose on purpose just so they wouldn't get mad that I won too much.

Just got into an argument about one of my friends because he wants to ninjutsu out Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni from the command zone and I won't let him. He then argues that EDH is a purely casual format and that, "It's a difference that wouldn't exist if edh was a supported thing during kamigawa," which leads me to believe he thinks WoTC makes the rules. Then I'm accused of not liking "cool decks."

Lol I like playing burn because it's fairly linear and easy to pilot. And it wins. In EDH I can let my inner Timmy out to play with my inner Spike. In modern, it's just Spike everywhere and I play to win.

It's that he wants to make the game more flexible and I'm just not going to allow that. Play a ninja deck all you want in EDH, but if it says from your hand then damn it you're casting it from your hand. Relaxing the rules doesn't help anyone get any better at anything.

It's really competitive Jank Ryotenchi. There are some pure jank, but most of it is within the lines of "I want to have fun, but I still want to win."
