2 Things about Narset, The Enlightened Master

After exiling the top 4 cards with her after attacking. What happens with a card with X mana? for example, Heat Ray

Also, after casting the exiled cards that become exiled from attacking with Narset, The Enlightened Master, do they go to your exile pile or your graveyard?

X spells can only be cast for 0.

After you cast the spells, they go to grave.
