So I am recently getting into pokemon, I have no idea what sites to look into, or see what is in standard for it or what decks are out there. And this is just a side thing, Magic is still my numero uno

Pokemon TCG Worlds has a 1st place prize of $25,000. I would say this qualifies it as "a thing" even if it isn't as big of a thing as Magic.

Power creep is also a thing in pokemon, any cards older than about 3-4 years are unplayable in tournaments I believe. I don't really know much about the game having never played it. I am just peripherally aware of its existence.

Is pokemon tcg still a thing? I mean really a thing, not just some oldschool fans still playing?
MCM still has a trading section for cards.. if you live in europe. As for decks... yeah no idea ;)
