Hey TappedOut.

So, I'm a freshman and my school is having our homecoming football game tonight. However, FNM is also tonight.

A lot of people that I know are going to the game, but none of my few close friends. I don't really enjoenjoy football or sports in general.

I'm on the fence right now, and I want your opinion on whether the social experience of the homecoming game is worth going to a football game ad skipping Magic.

Go, its a chance to make new friends and get out of your comfort zone. I had the same choice a month ago and I choose homecoming and it was totally worth it.

Go to the homecoming game, meet new people who play magic, double win.

The best advice i can give anyone in highschool is to forget comfort zones. Always take the chance to get out of it. You're only underage once!

For real go to homecoming. I just got engaged to the girl I met at the homecoming dance after the football. Plus I played in said game so I mean yea. Its worth it for the day. FNM comes ever week. Enjoy it.

Magic is forever. Highschool is four years. Every school event is worth it.

Honestly, and Im probably to late, as youve probably left already, dont go if you dont like football.

Go to the homecoming dance, but i for one would skip the game if you don't enjoy football.

I ended up going to the game: in fact I just got back.

I had a good time talking and didn't really watch the game (not that I expected to)

The outside is cold though.

Thanks for the advice, I probably would have gone to FNM.

I know this advice is late but just do whatever you want, always. I played football all four years of highschool and I never went to the homecoming dances. However, I advise you not to miss your proms when you have the opportunity to go. They were a blast.
