UCL Pokemon Tournament Take 2

Hello all! I'm looking to make a Draft based Pokemon League much like the UCL, If your not sure what the UCL is it is a competitive battling series currently happening on youtube.
There will be 8 teams. Drafting will follow a Snake Draft format. Once a pokemon has been drafted, it can no longer be picked up by any other team. However, if one team picks up Rotom-Wash, another team could pick up Rotom-Heat because it is considered an entirely different pokemon.
1 mega evolution is allowed per team, which will be decided immediately as that mega is drafted. The draft would take place over a few weeks on a google doc, where people would add their picks when it is their turn. The matches would then be played on pokemon showdown and a winner would be eventually decided.
Currently we have 5-6 people interested

If we draft we would probably do something around the lines of 3 OU, 3 UU, and 6 RU/NU/PU

format would be horrible with ubers lol, You'd have 3, maybe 4 relevant pokemon and then a bunch of sac fodder

Ok so explain this to me coming at me like I've never done a Poke-draft before. (Which I haven't.) How many Pokes are we going to be able to draft? 12? And is it one trainer on a team or two?

So what Will happen Is there will be 3 picks from OU-Bl, 3 from UU-Bl2, 3 from RU-Bl3, and 3 from NU-PU-NFE-Bl4-LC
Each Person will Each other person in a round robin style bracket, and then the 4 teams with the best record will have a playoff.
Your goal is draft a diverse and Synergistic twelve mons so that you can counter other people's team

Okay so I already have my 12 Pokes picked out, with two alternates for each tier just in case mine get picked before I get to them. I don't mess around when it comes to my Pokes. :D

Awsome! I hope that everyone here will stick around so when the rest will see this we don't have to wait any longer to start. This way I hope we will start soon, because we have waited quite some time already.

We should probably reschedule this draft because I don't have the idea that everyone has heard of the fact that this has actually started. Besides that, the only one I saw at the spreadsheet was canterlotguardian so that's a little weird as well.

Do you guys use Skype? I think it might be helpful for staying in contact with each other to plan matches and drafting. We could make a groupchat with all members of the league in it if you guys would be up to it.

Is this still gonna happen? I'm still really exited to do this, but we might want to ask for other people on some other forums, because I don't think this is the right place to ask people if they want to join a league like this.
