30 Deck Challenge: Deck #2 Simic

So for deck #2 of the 30 Deck Challenge, the challenge is to build a Simic Edh deck. The decks will be judged on a basis of:
Synergy
Creativity
Utility
Viability
You can use any legal cards in edh and any general (although for this challenge, there are only 6 currently). You won't be judged on your choice of general, only the cards that go with it.

Yes but on the final day I'll be taking it as is. No maybeboard will be included. And it will be final, but it's not like the deck has to see play by that day however.
