So if my deck technically includes no creature spells, only Inkmoth Nexus does that count as Tribal? That's the only one I'll aim for if so.

No, it has no creature type, it's a land

Actually Inkmoth Nexus is a Blinkmoth creature, which is why it would be tribal if you also include Blinkmoth Nexus

Also I've already completed the instant speed board wipe, and my elf Modern deck will get me a top 8 once I get the last pieces. So I'm halfway there!

lemmingllama if you can get a blink moth tribal list sure but the land alone don't count as a tribal piece according to tribal rules

Well he used to be a blue mage, so it's really just red he's racist against.
