Hi everyone,Here is a new challenge.Create a Magic the Gathering combo which forces the opponent to ante their entire deck. This is sure to be a convoluted combo that will require donating cards and maybe gaining control of the opponent.

Here is a list of ante cards to help you create the combo.Major Ante Card List

As per the article, Ante is very much extinct. I'm not sure who would even attempt this Challenge, other than through the interwebs. Although, after seeing Contract from Below, I am going to talk to my playgroup about playing with Ante cards, but exiling the cards anted that would go to the ante zone. May prove to be a fun night.

well in ug you can go something like deadeye navigator + peregrine drake + E-wit+ mindslaver + rebirth + quicken/veldalken orrey/(insert flash thingy here)-> mindslave all opponents and on each of their turns cast rebirth = to thier deck and let them heal on their upkeep. into dry draw on draw step = them losing the game. only trouble is them conceding before that. If you want to get their hand and grave too add in a loaming shaman and perhaps splash black for something like chittering rats.

The "easy" way, which can take place all in the space of a single turn, is Djinn Illuminatus + a source of sufficient mana + the following spells, all replicated enough times to move all the necessary cards: Painful Memories, Temporal Spring, Pull from Eternity, Reminisce (you don't need to replicate this), and finally Demonic Attorney. Yes, you'll end up anteing your own cards too, but given that you have so much mana, winning the game shouldn't be a problem from there.

I'm working on smoothing out the combo , looks like I might use Amulet of Quoz as the combo piece, expect to see the deck uploaded soon.

Amulet of Quoz's coin flip is way too volatile. Repeated Demonic Attorneys are about as smooth as you can get.

My build would force the opponent to reject the flip by using a card such as Mindslaver to control their decision.

The oracle text of the card reads: Remove Amulet of Quoz from your deck before playing if you're not playing for ante.T, Sacrifice Amulet of Quoz: Target opponent may ante the top card of his or her library. If he or she doesn't, you flip a coin. If you win the flip, that player loses the game. If you lose the flip, you lose the game. Activate this ability only during your upkeep.

If you're using Mindslaver and banned cards, why not go full-on Collector Protector? You can aim far beyond just the cards in their deck.
