The challenge is to make a commander deck with Hanna, Ship's Navigator. There should be more artifacts than enchantments. Try to use cogs for most of the artifacts. Two cards that should be included are Tel-Jilad Stylus and Sundial of the Infinite. Here are some mechanics and cards that work well with those cards.

Exile

Oblivion Ring, Banishing Light, Journey to Nowhere

Enters the battlefield

Trinket Mage,
Treasure Mage, Vedalken Plotter

Exchange Control

Avarice Totem, Conjured Currency, Political Trickery

Exile until next end step

Turn to Mist, Flickerwisp, Sudden Disappearance

Hanna Ship's Navigator

I tried to stay on theme as much as possible, included all the cards you wanted (and then some) for the paths you wanted to take. I hope you enjoy this build as much as I enjoyed making it for you!

Thanks so much for taking the challenge! I definitely had ideas for Hanna, Ship's Navigator, but I wanted to see what other people could come up with. I tend to notice that challenges get more attention than asking for help with a built deck. Anyway I enjoy this build a lot! I will for sure put Mycosynth Lattice and Enchanted Evening in my deck. You have some really neat cards that I didn't find on my own that are really useful to me (Aura Thief, Hanna's Custody, and Skyship Weatherlight). The tax cards were also a nice edition. My focus with this build was exchange and exile cards. I thought it would be fun to abuse Tel-Jilad Stylus and Sundial of the Infinite. Bouncing my own creatures for ETB effects, or exchanging cards and getting it back just seemed funny. You showed me that Hanna, Ship's Navigator can be more useful than I originally thought! Thanks a lot.
