Modular Deck(s) Challenge/Experiment

So I had an idea that I thought would be fun to try out here, I challenge you guys to build a "modular" decklist. No, not an Arcbound Ravager deck, a deck that is modular by design.

"But Storm525," you ask, "wtf does "modular" mean?"

Well, since you asked, "modular" is a design approach that divides a system into smaller parts (called "modules").

My challenge to you is to come up with a set of 20-card lists (modules), such that when you combine any 3 of the lists you end up with a cohesive, functional deck, (or mode, if you will). (Note: it doesn't have to be T1, just functional enough to have a wincon and way to support it).

RULES:

1: Build at least 5 modules to choose from.

2: 20 cards to a module, no exception.

3: There must be at least 2 colors between all of the modules, but no more than 3 colors in any one module.

4: Each module must have its own mana base (for instance, if one mode has 24 lands, each module would likely need 8 lands each).

5: You can build in standard, modern, or legacy, but for whichever you choose, adhere to its respective banlist.

Bonus points if you can get completely different archetypes from different modes.

To submit a modular deck, build a list for whichever format it's in, and set the default category to "custom", then tag the cards for module 1, 2, 3, etc. then post it here.

(Also, if this ever catches on as a format, I'd like it to be called Megazord Magic :D )

So, custom categories don't allow spaces or numbers, so tag each module as simply 'one', 'two', 'three', etc.

Also, if you want to run one card in multiple modules, use different printings of that card in the list and give them different tags. (The whole set still can't have more than 4 of any one card, since each potential mode must be a legal deck for its format)

Hey! I actually found this from your comment at Tolarian :D.

This is an interesting idea, and definitely a challenge trying to figure out how to make the mana base, curve, and deck synergy work. I imagine this would be a pain to use in practice, with the cards getting shuffled together all the time though.

I just threw together a Temur one that uses some ideas from decks I've recently built/tried to build. I'm certain there's room for improvement!

What format should it be in - modern, standard, casual? I would love to make a modular combo deck with at least 5 combos :)

That is an incredibly cool idea.

I, for the life of me, cannot get the damn tagging to work. No matter what, they always show up other... Can I get some help or a link to a tutorial (one that actually works)? Seriously, I've been trying to set it up for like 2 hours now, and as an IT guy, I feel so stupid.

Ok, I just copied a deck and looked at it in Edit mode. Apparently, you can't have the set on there too? Ugh, I feel dumb...

@jcv13: No numbers, no spaces, no special characters, just #one, #two, #whatever, etc. Hope that helps, can't wait to see your submission!

Also, if you have the expansion [TAG] on the list, make sure it preceeds the category #tag.

Storm525, thanks for the help! I was so frustrated! Darn special characters...

Anyways, here you go! R/W Modular - Megazord Magic - M³

I actually like this idea of play. making players think bigger picture.

Imagine you walk in to a match, and picking 3 modules. Then getting beat down. Then, instead of sideboarding, you pick a new module and substitute it. Almost like a breath of fresh air in a format that's getting stale fast.

Technically, it's Legacy, but let's be honest - this would be crushed in a Legacy match. As it's an adaption of a casual deck, it's casual, too.
