First off let me say this little rant free to ignore it. I despise Competitive EDH it the opposite of what Commander was made for which is tabltop casual fun if you want to play competitive that fine play vintage, modern, legacy, standard, historic or Pioneer that's basically what there made for (not that there can't be casual games with those formats except maybe vintage...). leave commander out of it. And yes IK CEDH is a thing and while im not happy it exists it been around for ages so whatever. But since MTG is getting more and popular and more and more people are going to commander more and more people are shifting to competitive none of decks can keep up with my LGS as everyone now has one. And im not having fun anymore because all my decks are casual (and mostly tribal) and can't keep up so I'm always losing turn 3-4 at the best of times so I broke down and I'm making one of deck a competitive (woe is me where has fun casual commander gone fuck all these competitive I must win not have fun twats). I don't mind losing if im having fun while doing it hell I lose over 80% of my games but only within the past year I stopped having while doing it as everyone IK is dropping casual competitive (I say competitive as they made it clear it's competitive not CEDH (I don't personally see/know the difference between them)). Rant Over
Start of actual help. So if you skipped my rant long rant short i need a competitive deck to keep up at my LGS and im tribal player at heart but tribal is very hard to pull off in competitive. From what i read Ninjas (and to MUCH lesser extant Rouges), elves and vampires are like the only decent tribes (dragons could work as well but there $$$$$$ to make work) and while im a tribal player i like lesser played tribes (devils, drakes, minotaurs, horses, satyrs ect) and 3 people at my LGS already have ninjas and i don't want to do vampires, elves or dragons so that leaves rouges so thats what im doing.
So here's the link to my deck any ideas (and what card to cut along with the new card) are welcome this need to as competitive as possible (as much as I hate to have to do this).

If people don't want to help because of rant that's fine but if still want to help despite it great.
As to what im facing I can't remember every deck atm but what I can remeber is 3 Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow ninja, a Gisela, Blade of Goldnight ramp, A Satoru Umezawa Elderazi Ninjutsu deck, A Sheoldred, the Apocalypse deck, a Gitrog land destruction deck. A Atraxa proliferate deck (of course). And a The Locust God Infinite draw/swarm deck
Tasha's Hidesous Laughter is on the chopping block TBH and will consider the other options thxs for ideas

fist bump .... im sorry I dont have real advice to contribute to being competitive... my most recent build is a cycling themed deck which is definitely not competitive but at least its serviceable. But I just wanna say I empathize with your rant... just make sure you dont "lose your dinosaur" and remember how to have fun in the end!

Bold choice, spending the majority of your post complaining about those best situated to help you with your question. You might want to consider editing out the rambling and focus on your actual issues - your complaints are irrelevant to the deck building process and do little other than discourage folks from helping you. More useful information would be what problems you are facing, both at your groups and in play testing this deck. Your being salty about others is far less helpful than information like “my tribal decks struggle because folks are running wraths/pillowforts/etc.”
Now, for your deck itself, just doing a cursory look while on my phone, I would cut Tasha's Hideous Laughter—it does nothing significant for you. You probably also want to consider Necropotence - its ability to “draw” a bunch of cards can be invaluable in tribal decks where you want to constantly be fielding creatures. Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora certainly would be helpful as well, for the same reason.
