Craterhoof Behemoth or Moonshaker Cavalry?

I have a copy of End-Raze Forerunners in my Chulane, Teller of Tales EDH deck, but I plan to replace that copy with either Craterhoof Behemoth or Moonshaker Cavalry, but I am not certain which of those creatures I should choose. White is my favorite color, and I generally am more fond of flying than I am of trample, but the behemoth has haste, which could be very crucial, if I need to defeat an opponent quickly.
What does everyone else say about this? Should I replace End-Raze Forerunners with either Craterhoof Behemoth or Moonshaker Cavalry?
I think it depends on how wide your deck goes. If it is relatively narrow, flying is probably better. Since you will have fewer, smaller creatures, it is important to maximise how many go unblocked - flying does a fairly decent job at avoiding blockers.
If you are very wide, then getting blocked doesn’t matter that much - you will overwhelm the defences by pure numbers and power. At that point, it is important to guarantee damage punches through - you don’t care if your 25/25 gets blocked, you just want some of that 25 damage to hit your opponent.
In that case, Trample is better. Your 25/25 with trample is almost guaranteed to get some damage past. Compare to a 25/25 with flying, which could be completely stopped by a 1/1 with flying. (Point of order, the same could be said about Trample and a 1/1 with Banding, but that is academic and is all but certainly not something you’ll experience in actual play).

Caerwyn, a fair number of creatures in my Chulane deck already have flying on their own, but almost none of them have trample, so I definitely feel a stronger preference for the behemoth than I do for the cavalry.

An important thing to note is that Moonshaker is a bit cheaper than Craterhoof.

shadow63, having both of those creatures in my deck would be nice, but I cannot fit both of them in it, so I must choose only one, unfortunately.
Made_Compleat,are you referring to monetary cost? The two creatures have the same mana cost.

DemonDragonJ, yes. Createrhoof is $33 on card kingdom; Moonshaker is $25.

Made_Compleat, for me, that is actually not a major difference in price, so I can easily afford to pay for the behemoth.

Craterhoof Behemoth is fetchable by Summoner's Pact and Green Sun's Zenith, which would make me personally lean towards Hoof. Besides that, it depends on the meta; if you've got a deck that pumps out little flyers like The Locust God or Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival you regularly play against, there's a good chance they might survive the cavalry, but there's also decks that are totally vulnerable in the air that would have no chance.
