Group Hug EDH help

Hey all, I'm looking to build just a general group hug deck for EDH, I just want to be as chaotic and trolly as possible with a few possible win conditions.

I've got Second Sun in there, a couple mill options, but atm I have 100 cards before adding basic lands, so I need to work that down but I'm unsure what to remove or swap. If anyone has any additional ideas to have a good win condition, or more ideas to be extra chaotic and what I could remove to get the card count down.

Budget is $300 approx

I have a group hug deck that flood players with a lot of Mana thanks to cards like New Frontiers . Few turns later, I play Liege of the Hollows . This often end up in a lot of chaos.
