I was wondering if anyone thinks Form of the Dragon would be a good addition to my mono-red dragon deck, or is it too risky of a card?

Assuming you're speaking of the deck legendofa has linked above, definitely leave out Form of the Dragon. It's an easy way to lose a game. Intentionally dropping to 5 life without a chance of going above that amount is a bad idea. It's a shame regarding the flavour, but it won't do you any good.

As a terrible magic player I 100% endorse using this card. You’re loaded with fliers, right? You’ll be FIIINE. If you don’t shoot you don’t score. Go for it! It’s not like it goes into play turn three or anything - think about how exciting the end of the game will be! And no, I’m not joking. I would absolutely throw it in there. Think how BRILLIANT it will be if that turns up at the end of the game.

I really want to follow FormOverFunction's advice, but I think its more wise to go with seshiro_of_the_orochi's advice.

AWebb I also 100% support this decision, as it will likely be more fun. I would like you to keep an eye out, though, for times where it would have been fun or worthwhile to have it in hand. It’s unlikely that you’d have it exactly then, but it can be a fun exercise and (if it happens often enough) you can always change your mind. Good luck!!
