How Can I Put Baylen and Glarb into My Decks?

I absolutely must put Baylen, the haymaker into my Ghired, Conclave Exile EDH deck, but I am not certain which card I should remove to make room for him, so I would like to ask for advice on that subject.
Every creature in this deck is too good to remove, so I am contemplating replacing either Commander's Sphere or Temple Bell, since Baylen performs the same functions as them, with additional abilities.
Similarly, I must find a way to to put Glarb, calamity's augur into my The Mimeoplasm EDH deck, and I believe that Baleful Strix is the best candidate for replacement, since Glarb also has deathtouch; actually, I just noticed Glarb's ability specifies "spells with mana value 4 or greater," but I should have a sufficient number of spells that meet that criteria to justify putting Glarb into that deck.
What does everyone else say about this subject? How can I put Baylen and Glarb into my decks?

Definetly swap out for Temple Bell. Outside of group hug it is terrible. Your getting 1 card and giving your opponents 3 cards.

For edits I am always a big proponent of playing the deck for a few rounds before you make any changes. I used to always edit as I went as new sets came out and it started to make my decks and gameplay less fun. When you play a few rounds you get a feel for what is fun and good to play and in my experience the boring or less than great cards usually make themselves known in the round or two you play.

Tsukimi, I have used both of those decks plenty of times since I built them, although I admit that I am not entirely certain which cards I should replace, which is why I am seeking advice from other users. here.
RiotRunner789, yes, that is probably a good idea, but I would like to state that one's opponents typically are not allies, which each other, so a typical game is a four-way free-for-all, not three against one.

DemonDragonJ wasn't trying to be rude or insinuate you don't play your decks, just meant when I want to make space for new cards in a deck I'll play a few rounds with friends and keep a note pad next to me. Write down any cards you draw in those rounds you don't like as much. You can even have the cards you want to add on a separate list ready to compare. Basically just trying to say I find that method to be an easier and more fun way to go about making cuts, but if it's not for you then it's not for you.

Twisted Justice immediately stands out to me as an iffy card for the Mimeoplasm that could probably be replaced. I see the draw of maybe sacrificing your own creature, but it still feels like the advantage and speed you'd get from Glarb would be better.
And yeah, agreed with the rest of these folks that Temple Bell needs to go. You'd get so much more value off of the Haymaker man.

Tsukimi, I perfectly understand that, and I certainly hope that I did not sound rude, either, because I definitely did not wish to appear that way.
TheOfficialCreator, yes, Twisted Justice is expensive, but I thought that it was a good choice for The Mimeoplasm, and I suppose that I can remove Temple Bell from one of my decks, since Baylen is a far better fit for the theme of that deck.

I honestly cannot believe that I realized only just now that Glarb renders Sultai Ascendancy completely obsolete, so he obviously shall replace that card.

I also am contemplating replacing Edric, Spymaster of Trest with Glarb, since Edric does not match the theme of my Mimeoplasm deck, but he is very useful at encouraging my opponents to attack each other, rather than me, so I am hesitant to remove him from that deck.
