How Can I Put Prosperous Partnership into My Ghired Deck?

I would like to put a copy of Prosperous Partnership into my Ghired, Conclave Exile EDH deck, but I am not certain which card I should remove for that enchantment; Commander's Sphere is my first choice, since it is the least useful of the various mana-generating artifacts that that deck contains, but I certainly would like to hear the opinions of other users, here.
What does everyone else say, about this subject? How can I put Prosperous Partnership into my Ghired deck?
Also, why does the enchantment require three creatures to work? I understand that is to ensure that its controller cannot activate its ability immediately, but what is the flavor explanation for that? Is the third creature supposed to represent the officiant of the wedding ceremony of the other two?

DarkKiridon, that is a good point, and I actually must question why WotC felt that 6 mana was a reasonable cost for that effect, as I think that that card would have been perfectly balanced at either 4 or 5 mana, although I would like to hear from several other users before I make a decision, on this matter.

6 mana for single target creature removal with Populate stapled to it? Seems like a straightforward swap. I'd play Prosperous Partnership over that any time.

Crow_Umbra, that is now two votes in favor of replacing Trostani's Judgment with Prosperous Partnership, so I think that one more vote in favor of that card would be sufficient for me to make that exchange.

I’ll add another vote into that bucket. Trostani's Judgment is a really bad card that I see zero reason to run in even the most casual of games.

Holding up 6 mana for a single target removal is not ideal.

Everyone here has convinced me to replace Trostani's Judgment with Prosperous Partnership, and I have done so, which significantly reduced the mana curve of the deck, which is very nice.

Thank you, for the advice, everyone (and please forgive the double post)!

Taking out Trostani's Judgment is my pick. Just because it has "populate" doesn't mean its good. It doesn't justify the high cost for one target removal.
