Need some cuts from the Pawn Shop
Commander Deck Help forum

Alright, building another deck because I have serious EDH commitment issues, trying to make my way through all the color combinations. I've always liked the way Jund looks in the mana costs of cards, it makes the creature look so much more menacing. However, I never really fancied any of the commanders. Rather than wait until Capenna for whatever absurd Jund demon is coming, I took another look at the possibilities and realized I had not only overlooked a good option, but what could be one of my new favorite commanders. Meet my new BFF, Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire:
However, the limitless option VA gives means I've crammed way too many cards in here, and I need about ten cuts. I've been staring at this for too long and I need some fresh eyes. I love fun deck building challenges, so I was determined to make this as close to 100% permanents as I could. In fact, I'm a little annoyed I included Primal Surge at all, but if it resolves, I'm almost guaranteed to win. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts!

Xenaphix02 Fair points, I just wanted a few cards that pumped out tokens I don't care about, but I probably don't need that many of them. Good call on Treacherous Blessing, I hadn't considered its interaction with Surge! And now that I think about it, it doesn't even work with the commander's ability! SMH

Awakening Zone isn't really doing anything here. I think you can safely cut Grave Titan, Dragonlair Spider, Solemn Simulacrum, Mazirek, and probably Mayhem Devil as well. You are only going to be sacrificing one thing at a time, so running sac synergies is pretty meh. also, Treacherous Blessing will always lose you the game if you resolve a Primal Surge. The triggers caused by Primal Surge only resolve after the spell resolves, so it will always force you to draw 3 after you've already emptied your library.
For additions, I think Urabrask the Hidden will help you stay ahead on your aggro since he'll force your opponents creatures to come in tapped, that way you don't give them free block with Vaevictis. You might also want Lightning Greaves and/or Swiftfoot Boots since your whole strategy relies on your commander.
