Does anybody have any ideas or help for my grist deck. It is a pile of jank that should win I I get three lands. https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/12-land-grist/
The more lands I have the less cards I get to flip over with grist. The whole point of the deck is to be able to flip over as many insects as possible without hitting other junk with lands. Besides, when play testing, I can usually get at least three mana by turn three on four mulligans or less.

Bookrook Modern matches are done by turn 5 to 6. With this much with so little lands you’re not flipping anything. You can mulligan but it might take 3 or 4 times and you’ll lose card advantage. Even on casual tables it will take a few mulligans before you get your lands.

I meant Commander, not modern. It’s not impossible, it’s just difficult with just this many lands. No mana rocks, no mana dorks, just creatures with high mana costs.

The people I play with most of the time usually play with low power decks that are filled with jank. In terms of the lands, try playtesting it. With the inclusion of the depletion and storage lands, you usually only need to take three to five mulligans. On that note, should i play Serum Powder?

Three to five mulligans.. There’s the problem. I did playtest it, it’s just not fun to lose advantage. Good luck to you though on this deck. I left my recommendation already, there’s no need for me to reply any further.

Tanks for the feedback. Because of the decks aggressive mulliganing, should I play serum powder?
