Vile Deck not mean enough

Made this deck a while back that I meant to build IRL completely forgot about it, now I'm wondering what depraved and disgusting things my fellow brewers can come with to help this deck...complete its goal to perfection. It meant to mean nasty, not fun to play against make people target me with hate you name it, The has a 100 cards already but can be revamped

Note if make a suggestion one a card to add pls also make a suggestion on what card to cut and explain your reasoning since im not the sharpest tool in the shed and probably won't know why
