For the last few months, I've been running Xenagos, God of Revels in commander. The deck is centered around triggered abilities, specifically ETB effects. I'm looking for some ways in my colors to capitalize on these effects. I'm already running Strionic Resonator and Flameshadow Conjuring. I'm wondering if there are any other ways to get multiple triggers out of my creatures.

Likewise, I'm looking for some ways to incorporate more Enchantment/Artifact hate into my deck. Ideally attached to creatures for the exploitability of their ETB triggers. I've got Acidic Slime and Reclamation Sage already in the list. The only other thing I can think of that might work is Bane of Progress.

Other suggestions of general creatures with nasty ETB triggers are definitely appreciated :3

Thanks everyone!

Bane of Progress is great with Tooth and Nail, the latter being especially valuable with your focus on ETB's.

If you play Tooth and Nail, the only creatures you should be getting are Avenger of Zendikar + Craterhoof Behemoth , lol.

I'm going to widen this beyond ETB to include activated abilities that don't require tapping and LTB effects you can easily enable. With two exceptions none of these require tapping to use. I'm also going to avoid mentioning anything at 6+ CMC unless it's amazing. Here's what I've found:

Artifact removal: Ingot Chewer - evoke cost makes this viable, Manic Vandal, Stingmoggie is mana-wasteful but can support a LD subtheme, Tin Street Hooligan, Tuktuk Scrapper, Viridian Corrupter, Viridian Shaman, Vithian Renegades, Woodripper

Enchantment Removal: Druid Lyrist - has to tap but cheap to use in an under-covered area.

Both: Caustic Caterpillar, Conclave Naturalists, Indrik Stomphowler, Nantuko Vigilante, Nullmage Shepherd, Sylvok Replica, Viridian Zealot, Wickerbough Elder

You're not in good colors for enchantment-only removal on creatures,

GotCubes,
Splash White, maybe? :-D

Seriously though, for multiple triggers ...

You can't splash white with his general because it's not in his color identity.

Omeros,
I know. Thus the laughing emoji and the "Seriously though" ...

Ah, gotcha, sorry about that. I misread your tone even through the hints. Seen a surprising number of people lately commenting on Commander decks without knowing the format so I assumed...

Good idea on the blink/tokens to stretch the value of ETB effects in this deck. I use that for the Riku deck I'm rebuilding and forgot to mention it here.

Omeros,
No worries, and I totally know what you mean on some comments. There's just nothing quite like seeing a "Maybe run [[ ... ]] as a 4-of for more consistency" in the Commander forums, is there?

Just got back to my computer, and wow! Definitely didn't expect this many responses so quickly!

clayperce: Thanks for all the ways to abuse my creatures' triggers. I definitely love Blade of Selves and Minion Reflector. Conjurer's Closet is a maybe for now, just due to the mana cost.

Omeros: I love seeing all these creatures with the spot removal abilities. The only one I would say a direct no to is Viridian Corrupter. Kinda scared to run anything with infect in my play groups. Bit of a death sentence for me.

I'd like to keep the deck generally low budget overall. So while I'd love to run Tooth and Nail and Craterhoof Behemoth, those might need to be later additions.

Keep em' coming if you have any further ideas! :D

Viridian Corrupter is one of the weaker options in that list anyway. I recommend keeping at least 1-2 sources of enchantment or artifact removal that don't require an ETB trigger in case anyone plays Torpor Orb. There's several in my list, and Krosan Grip is always good.

Mimic Vat is a lot of fun because you can activate it on anyone's turn. You need to play around your opponents' own artifact hate if you want to get value, though. If you're not running much recursion in green then having one of your creatures stuck in exile when it is blown up isn't too bad when comparing the risk/reward.

Omeros: Those are definitely good to have. I've got Krosan Grip, Vandalblast, and Chaos Warp to handle some of those. More is generally better though :)
