Basically I'm torn between Dissipate and Dissolve but if there are any others that are better please let me know.

Uh, both are awesome. If you only have room for one of them, card draw is the way I'd go.

In my opinion Dissipate is strictly better in Commander with numerous decks doing graveyard shenanigans. On the other hand it also depends on your meta. In my Shu-yun voltron control deck I need Dissolve to filter my deck for early game threats. Render Silent is good option if you manage to counter a combo piece with it.

Perplex is also really good in decks like Nekusar, the Mindrazer for example. Again it depends on the deck it's going in.

Void Shatter is better than Dissipate in my opinion because of colorless factor. Also, not a big fan of 3 cmc counterspells in edh unless they are very good such as Absorb, Undermine, Render Silent, Forbid, Counterflux, etc... Counterspells that do stuff. The Exile effect isn't too bad though.

I would argue that Absorb has a lot less benefit than Void Shatter in most decks anyways.

I like how Absorb and Undermine are practically complete opposites of each other. It shows how the Azorius guild and Dimir guild don't get along. x3

I like Forbid myself. Dissipate is very good too, but I would want to run at least four counterspells to make it worthwhile.

uuuuuh
Perplex by a long shot.
I mean, its not what you want if they win from the card, but early game doing this on like, a siege rhino type thing is really great.

Forbid is pretty solid. But it depends on the deck it's being run in. It's super good in my Azami deck where I can draw cards to fill out the buyback.
