Sundial of the Infinite allows you to end your turn on the spot and saves you from not losing to stuff like Final Fortune and I need cards in boros colors that can end the tuen and save me from losing

It doesn't end the turn, but Platinum Angel and Exquisite Archangel both stop you from losing

Gideon of the Trials also works as long as you can keep him on the battlefield, which could be difficult in commander. There's also Glorious End if you need to stop someone from comboing off or just need one more turn to get things set up.

Glorious End on Isochron scepter would be ok, you would never lose to its end step clause, but you'd need to remember to activate it every time it's your turn. . .

Actually, having an "on opponent's upkeep" trigger and glorious end on isochron scepter with some means to untap it during every opponent's turn would be an infinite lock on the game.
