Cheatyface EDH

If you're not familiar with the card: Cheatyface.
This card, of course, is not allowed in EDH because it is from Unhinged.
However, I do happen to have a playset of this card, and was wondering what you guys might think of an EDH game designed with this card. Like, what if each player had a cheatyface that is technically in their command zone, but they hold it in their hand with the rest of the cards in their hand, disguised. In this way, it doesn't count as one of the cards in their hand, and can't be removed from their hand for any reason because it's technically in the command zone.
The objective is to successfully sneak him into play. Here are some more defined rules.
It is considered successfully sneaked into play when it exists on the battlefield, the turn is passed, and the next player untaps.- At least a portion beyond the silver border of the card (extending into the blue portion) must be exposed without being covered by other cards on the table. If it's sneaked into play without this being true, it doesn't count.
- It must be in a spot that is considered the battlefield. You cannot hide cheatyface under your graveyard or under your commander.
- If it is successfully sneaked into play, you win the game. Cards like Abyssal Persecutor cannot stop you from winning the game this way.
- If it is unsuccessfully sneaked into play, you get a strike. This is sort of a three strikes and you're out sort of deal. On your third strike, you lose the game. Cards like Platinum Angel cannot stop you from losing the game this way.
- Just to remove the possible confusion, Cheatyface is not your commander. It's just another card in your command zone.
What do you think? Does this sound like fun? I'd like to hear what the community here thinks about this before I introduce this idea to my local playgroup.
EDIT: Rule #1.
- When you sneak in a cheatyface and no one notices, do not declare victory. You are victorious when an opponent notices that a cheatyface is in play. If you would lose the game while your cheatyface is in play, you can announce that you have a cheatyface in play, in which case you win the game.
- If a cheatyface is found in play, but there's also another cheatyface hiding in play, each player without a cheatyface in play loses the game, and the remaining players return cheatyface to their command zone (hiding in their hand) and continues play.
- Your opponents might try to sneak their cheatyfaces into play when another cheatyface is found and the attention is away from them. This is actually cheating, and I don't know how to get around it.
- Your opponents can collectively choose to deny your cheatyface's existence while it's in play, and continue playing as though it weren't there. This is because you don't actually win until either you lose and you announce that you sneaked in cheatyface to actually win, or your opponents choose to point it out. Technically, if you attack them with your cheatyface and they take damage, they logically must have acknowledged its existence and you win. If they attack you and you block with a cheatyface, they have to acknowledge its existence. If they're really doing this to you, it's not worth it. Just be fair, is all I can say.
I think it would be more interesting if Cheatyface was another card in each person's deck. That way you never know if someone is holding one. Of course, cards that reveal player's hands would make this less interesting, but if you house rule that those cards are not allowed people would have to be on guard all the time.

In the name of fairness i purpose that the cheatyface card must be a card that your general shares a color with. Otherwise blue gets a leg up on everyone. Could proxy up different colored cheatyfaces actually

VampireArmy I don't understand the advantage that blue decks get.
