Conspiracy Cards eligible in Tiny Leaders/EDH??

I was skimming some cards and came across Adriana's Valor and was thinking this would be a good set up for my commander Thalia, Heretic Cathar. My question are they playable?? And I assume it's count towards the card count.

No. Conspiracy cards are. Not legal in any format but draft.

You can always check the ban list for Commander at Mtgcommander.net. I doubt they've updated it with the new conspiracy cards, but you can see that they have banned the first conspiracy set's conspiracy cards. So it's safe to assure you that these will not be legal either.

That's a legit card for Aggro of creatures. How would you destroy it though?
