Degenerate Combos

Hey guys, I'm looking for a website of sorts that lists combos, preferably those of a degenerate nature that makes people say "I don't want to play with you anymore," or in a tournament "let's all kill him before it's too late."
The more evil, the better! Price is not a factor.
Anything with Deadeye Navigator, Primal Surge, Consecrated Sphinx, Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Mana Crypt.
That should get your started.

This should get you started, but my opinion is that the best way to find combos is getting dirty and gatherer searching manually.

I agree with MagicalHacker. Even a great combo needs the support of knowledge about synergies and ways to stop it to be consistently successful in a real game

Thank you guys so much for all of your assistance. I was primarily looking into EDH combos. Stuff like Bitterblossom and Contamination, Teferi + Knowledge pool, stuff like that. Hard locks I believe they are called, but am open to all combos

Darksteel Forge + Nevinyrral's Disk + Mycosynth Lattice
Myr Turbine + Possessed Portal + Unwinding Clock
Possibility Storm can be substituted for Knowledge Pool in both of the combos with it (Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Curse of Exhaustion)

The Gitrog Monster+Skirge Familiar+Dakmor Salvage fuels into infinite mana/ draw engine when you throw an old school ulamog and kozilek in the deck for shiggles. Then you Exsanguinate for infinity.
Other combo a buddy of mine does is Palinchron+Deadeye Navigator+Capsize. We all hate him a lot.

Oh one more if you don't remotely care about winning/anyone winning and want to create a complete draw:
Life and Limb + Sporemound unless you or another person at that moment can interrupt it, once you play a forest it is all over since each saproling entering off Sporemound is also a forest land.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank = EVIL!
I also like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Phytotitan + 
because it deals 7 to the whole table, great in Commander!

There's a whole host of combos and interactions if money isn't an issue. Could always just play 5-color Hermit Druid combo with Dread Return, Angel of Glory's Rise, Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac.
You also have access to some Doomsday wincons a la Laboratory Maniac piles in U/B/x or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion piles in decks without the blue.
There's also just a million two card creature combos that can be assembled via Tooth and Nail entwined:
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion
Avenger of Zendikar + Craterhoof Behemoth
Avenger of Zendikar + Purphoros, God of the Forge
Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts
Among others, these are just what's off the top of my head.

The thing is that there are so many combos available in EDH that you need to maybe specify some colors for what you want to do. I really only listed locks in my earlier comment. For normal combos there are about 20 or so involving Ghave, Guru of Spores and different combinations of counter producers and mana producers. Add in one of the three soul sisters and you have infinite life, add in Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat and you have infinite damage. Grave Pact turns the Ghave combos into single sided board wipes so I guess that could be considered a lock.
Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond is a classic kill combo. Vizkopa Guildmage can be substituted for Sanguine Bond if you are in black white.

So many combos!
I was initially looking for a website of sorts as some have provided. The specific colors would be Green/White, Black, or Mono Blue.
And I am not Martin, just an enthusiastic EDH player who actually wants to win for once.

I only know of one website that tried to do this besides mtg salvation and the combos on it are horrible, badly laid out, and don't always work. If you want to combo out in Abzan check out PookandPie's Ghave: Baby Makin' and Alimony deck.
He has a good number of the combos listed and once you get how the combos are constructed you can find ones not listed. I don't know if it was due to oversight on his part or if the deck just combos too many ways to name. the major thing when assembling a combo though is the Ghave + counter producer + mana producer format I mentioned earlier.

Here's a combo I have in my Drawn unto Death commander.
Mind Over Matter + Nekusar, the Mindrazer + Otherworld Atlas
As long as you have three cards in hand when this starts, you win.

Blue/Black Zombies has a few combos.

Look up other zombies combos as well.
