Duel commander banlist

For 1v1 commander, where do I find a real banlist, is the one on duelcommander.com a legitimate list or do I only use the new one on wotc where it says magic online 1v1 commander rules or whatever
Either go with whatever your play group agrees on or ask at your lgs

Follow up: it looks like WOTC has substantially pared down their banlist, which is a good start.
The French (paper) banlist is preposterous in how long it is and bans dumb things like Fireblast and Sulfuric Vortex. Format has been a complete joke since they changed it from 30 to 20 life.

They're two different formats.
The WOTC banlist is for their MTGO 1v1 Commander format; the other is for the paper-only format played predominantly in Europe.
Both of the banlists are a little unwieldy; if you want a good 1v1 100-card singleton format I'd suggest playing German or Canadian Highlander.
