EDH Pauper Suggestions
Commander (EDH) forum

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for advice for an EDH Golgari Pauper deck, what I should use, what I should avoid, what commander would best fit in, etc.
I like graveyard reanimate, zombies and vamps, currently my favorite deck is on Arena on Standard Brawl with Old Rutstein as my commander, so I thought that maybe Honest Rutstein would fit in in the pauper deck as a commander since it's an uncommon card, but I'm not sure.
Any suggestions is appreciated!

Huh I forgot about Witherbloom, it seems really good and better with multiple people and nice sinergies and deck building, I'm going to try that, thanks!
I will get Honest Rutstein too for a later deck.
I live in Brazil so this format is hugely played here since everything costs a lot more than in the US lol

Honest Rutstein is an interesting card. It should be a lot of fun to build around.

Yeah and it fits in with graveyard reanimate that I like with Not Dead After All and effects like that if they try to destroy it and I get another creature back with a Wicked Role attached, makes creatures cheaper and so on, Old Rutstein is going away in Standard so I will build a standard brawl with him on Arena too to try it out as well

Hasn't seen live play in forever, so it's probably outdated, but this is my Witherbloom Apprentice deck.

It's Golgari spellslinger, which I thought was a good twist on Izzet spellslinger. Resilient and good combo potential, but pretty slow and reactive.
Outside of that, I don't have a ton of great advice. I made that deck for a little wave of local PDH popularity that didn't really stick around.
