Fractured Powerstone Illegal in EDH?

Gatherer says it is legal, but the deck maker says that it's not legal. Also thromok is considered illegal.

A lot of people have been asking this question here lately.

There's a bug with the site that's causing it to show incorrect card legalities. If you want to know if a card is legal or not, check the official banlists curated either by Wizards themselves, or if you're playing EDH, the folks over at http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php
