SO i think im not the only one that loves to kick this guys. My question is, wich one is the best commander for a lets say 5c battlemage edh? Jodah cant eat kickers...Inalla cant copy a kicked creature...Morophon can only pay for colored mana and Jegantha cant pay for generics....any ideas?
I'm going to guess that OP is referring to the Planeshift "scape mages": Nightscape Battlemage , Stormscape Battlemage , plus the honorary Ana Battlemage . What's the best Commander for a cycle of creatures with kicker utility effects?

Maybe.... Verazol, the Split Current ? Apologies. After reviewing the pool of cards, Verazol's identity won't let you include them in a deck.

I would say go with a utility commander that can give you the identity you need or provide advantage somehow.
Golos, Tireless Pilgrim : Helps mana fix as well as provide 5 colors for all of the diverse battlemages. The activated ability wont be great if you exile battlemages but anything else would be gravy. You could add bounce sources to the deck to return those for replay anyways.
Kenrith, the Returned King : His last ability will get your battlemages back from the yard. Combined with bounce will let you keep repeating your kicked activities. And you can be in 5 colors like Golos.

Damn. I guess the best one would be Yarok, the Desecrated but restricting yourself to only 3 colors. But the doubling of etb effects sounds like the way to go. A cmdr that is close to Lithoform Engine or Panharmonicon or Strionic Resonator .

Of the above mentioned cmdrs to run I think Ramos, Dragon Engine is the best choice. I feel if you want a true kicker deck that uses all the battle mages. Then you'll want all 5 colors. Then you'll be able to run cards that care about spells being kicked
But any 5 color will do. Damn they are truly homeless

Most battlemages are human wizards (ok maybe not Thornscape Battlemage ), but wizard tribal is something you should consider leaning into.
Also, a the battlemages require a lot of mana to be used to their fullest. You'll be needing a mana base that'll get you reliably to about six mana or so. If you want to be five color, it seems like Jodah, Archmage Eternal could be the best option.
