How to win with Blind Seer

I just built a deck with Blind Seer and don’t really know how I could win. When just gold fishing, I have to much mana and to little fun things to do. I have a lot of change colors cards, some return/sac creatures when targeted. But what fun cards should I play that could make it possible to win. I built the deck for fun, so it’s not competitive or even good, I just want to have some fun and play some old cards.
I'm going to shamelessly plug my Color Shift deck. It's and super janky, but good for annoying and confusing people into making mistakes. Although I have to admit, it doesn't have much if a win condition either...
Anyway, for a real suggestion, Grindstone yourself to a Thassa's Oracle win follows the color-matter theme, especially if you have Painter's Servant . Or Painter's Servant with Sphinx's Tutelage .

This is what I have so far: Color vision I haven't really put much money into it, I tried to challenge myself with a mono coloured deck. I have Willbreaker and that seems like a good card here. I don't have Painter's Servant and it's a bit pricy for my taste. But I have Sphinx's Tutelage , that could work with some other cards also...

It’s worth noting that Grindstone and Sphinx's Tutelage do not have any specific interactions with Blind Seer , other than “it’s a mono-coloured Commander, so you’re likely to have a lot of the same color.”
Neither is a great win con outside of Painter’s Servant, since you’re at the mercy of hitting lands.
Your best bet, like any mono-blue deck, is generate infinite mana with Scepter/Reversal, power artifact, or other artifact combos, then sink it into an X draw spell.

Take Caerwyn's advice. I was throwing ideas at the wall.

So, to win games with Blind Seer is pretty straightforward but will get you hated by your friends.
You win with this combo: Blind Seer + Douse . Then you just counter 100% of their plays! For a total of you can counter anything they play that is not a land. The only limit is your mana pool.
You can also use Blind Seer along with creatures with protection from color(s) to have immunity and evasion.
Here is a deck of mine where the Blind Seer and Douse can make someone very sadface.

Oops!
Here is the deck link: Blind Skies
It is a 60 card but can provide some card ideas and I broke them down so you can read what the synergies are.

Also, Another brutally oppresive combo in a Blind Seer deck would be the following:
Dismiss into Dream + Sway of Illusion
After Dismiss into Dream is in play, anything you do to target any opponent's creature forces them to sacrifice it! Now your Blind Seer just became a targetable and repeatable Innocent Blood with legs!
It doesn't deal damage to the creature so even indestructible won't help it. The player just has to put the creature in the yard.
You can replace Sway of Illusion with anything at all that will trigger the Dismiss into Dream . The sway is really good because it cantrips and can target an infinite amount of creatures and does it at instant speed!
And your deck will most likely be filled with many things beside the Blind Seer that can take advantage of these cards.

Could always voltron him utilizing pro swords for unblockable/ untouchable and blues artifact abilties ie: tutor, recure, reduce , etc to speed out equipment
Dont think anyone would see that coming from a mono blue deck

Just run a card search for equipment with keyword "protection" to get an idea of what im talking about

You can do fun things with Pyroblast , etc. I know there's a great deck on here somewhere built around this mechanic, but I'm forgetting the name :/
