Is Razaketh a Good Match for My Liesa Deck?

I am currently building a black/white EDH deck with Liesa, Shroud of Dusk as the general, and, as with all of my EDH decks, it contains Ring of Three Wishes, but I recently have been realizing that the ring is not nearly as good as I originally thought that it was, so I am considering replacing it with Razaketh, the Foulblooded, since he can take advantage of that deck's theme of gaining life and using that life as a resource.
However, I have two concerns about Razaketh; first, he costs 8 mana to summon, but this deck does have eight mana-generating artifacts, so I am not overly concerned about that; and, second, he requires that I sacrifice a creature to use his ability. The deck does have two cards that generate tokens, plus numerous ways to reanimate creatures (it is a black and white deck, after all), but I would like to ask for the feedback of the other users here, before I make a final decision.
What does everyone else here say? Is Razaketh, the Foulblooded a good inclusion in my Liesa, Shroud of Dusk deck?
I like TypicalTimmy's suggestion, Vilis rules. If you are looking for a tutor with net gain, you can always use Diabolic Revelation as well. I've been cutting alot of tutors lately, so I'm not the greatest resource. tends to be harder for me, because I usually run so much polymorph to thud out my demons (not really the MO).

TypicalTimmy, thank you for that suggestion; Vilis is actually mentioned on Liesa's page at EDHREC, so I can certainly see his appeal.

Gleeock, I just added Diabolic Revelation to several other decks of mine, so I definitely appreciate how excellent of a card it is.

I feel like besides your commander, you may not have enough fodder to consistently sacrifice to Razmatazz, to address the original question.

Gleeock, that is what I thought, so I am glad that other users here have confirmed that, for me.

You're better off running Vilis, Broker of Blood and drawing an absolutely insane number of cards each time you cast your Commander. Just use things such as Thought Vessel, Venser's Journal and Reliquary Tower so you don't discard down to hand size each turn.
If you run 8 or 10 removal spells, chances are highly favorable you'll merely draw into whatever you'd want to tutor in the first place, as an example.
Sure Raz can tutor a bunch of cards by paying life and sacrificing creatures. But you also need a boardstate that can function with that.
Vilis comes with built in removal with his -1/-1 ability, and draws you cards for it as well.
I mean just run both, but if I had to choose I'd say Vilis because he holds immense synergy with your Commander. When you pay 6 life to cast her for the 4th time, that's 6 cards in hand. Versus 1 tutored card.
The tutor may be better, but again just balance your deck appropriately and run redundancy.
