Land.dec Commander

Recently I've been struggling to find a deck I enjoy for casual play. A while ago I built a Land.dec which was surprisingly fun to play. For anybody who is unfamiliar with the archetype - it is built around having a high land count and a lot of utility lands to provide a decent chunk of functionality for the deck.
So I am looking to put the deck back together. Originally I was running Ghave, Guru of Spores as the commander as he provided good colours and the ability to generate +1/+1 counters was quite relevant.
But I would like to hear people's thoughts on good commanders for land decks. I would also love to hear poeple's thought's on what to run in the 99. Keep in mind though, this is a casual deck so while things like Crucible of Worlds are really good yes, it is very much out of budget.
Just one caveat, I'm not a fan of using Child of Alara as the commander, so please don't recommend it.

Tasigur, the Golden Fang because Legacy Lands for Octrate shows that his ability lets you twist your opponents' arms into giving you what you want when you have s good chance of flipping four lands. Remove some tutors, the uber-pricy cards, put in The Gitrog Monster and more lands, and youre golden (no pun intended).

My Tasigur deck has a high land count, so i can say he definitely fits the bill.
Nissa, Vastwood Seer Flip, Ashling the Pilgrim, Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, Jolrael, Empress of Beasts, & Mina and Denn come to mind.

Atony1400: while Omnath, Locus of Rage is a good landfall commander, it's a slightly different design to a lands deck. Plus red/green unfortunately misses out on a lot of good utility lands.
MagicalHacker: That's an interesting idea using Tasigur. Do you find blue to be a better support colour than white?

Titania, Protector of Argoth is probably the best lands-matter commander in my opinion (yes I'm extremely biased).

Karns_Pyromancer: Nissa, Vastwood Seer Flip / Ob Nixilis, the Fallen / Mina and Denn all seem like good cards in the 99 for sure. I'm trying to avoid mono coloured commanders as they can be quite limiting in the lands I run though.
CastleSiege: I have seen your Titania deck and it's terrifying. Without a doubt, she will be in the 99.

It's not strictly legal but Genju of the Realms would fit the bill. Then you could run any land you like and all 5 genju. I've seen plenty of casual players use it as an alternative.
As for legal commanders, Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper turns every land you have into a threat.

Well, the deck was based off a legacy decklist, so using blue for transmute was the best that could be done to give it the best consistency, but it started out as all five colors. That's when Weathered Wayfarer, Gamble, and Mina and Denn, Wildborn were cut to make it a three color deck.
In fact, cutting blue and going with The Gitrog Monster is probably better now that I think about it.

From personal experience, Mina and Denn, Wildborn are (an) amazing commander(s?). Playing extra lands every turn is amazing. Sadly, the red creatures that were within my budget were a tad underwhelming, but I'm upgrading it as time progresses.
