I have recently built a Jund fling deck using Yurlok of Scorch Thrash, and am looking for creatures that get absurdly large for their CMC such as Hamletback Goliath, War Elemental, or Mossbridge Troll. Any reccomendations would be great, thank you in advance

Malignus can be huge. Phyrexian Processor can be a repeatable source of huge Minion tokens. Yurlok's mana burn can enable Greven, Predator Captain's power pump and when it attacks can be lots card draw.

What about Auras and equipment that can make them huge?

Reyhan, Last of the Abzan can make some serious flinging possible thanks to replacing any counters from a flung creature. This is the most cost efficient way I've found to snowball out of control with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord style flinging to finish off an entire table on the cheap. I admittedly didn't look at your deck but it's worth consideration.

Grafted Wargear is a good include. It can be reusable and its 0 to equip

I was thinking along similar lines as griffstick, as those might be faster than trying to get out the big creatures. I was thinking more about instants and sorceries though. Not as safe as creatures, but worth considering. As far as creatures go, I was going to strongly recommend one of my favorites: Deadly Insect...BUT I was remembering it being cheaper. The hexproof might make it last longer though. YMMV.

Lupine Prototype and Rotting Regisaur maybe? Depending on how many anthems you run, Force of Vigor could be cool. And then there are Hunted Dragon, Hunted Troll and Hunted Horror. Wolfir Silverheart seems pretty useful.
Is there a list to have a look at?

Oh, I just read it's a fling list. Kresh the Bloodbraided and Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper say hi.

griffstick: It's one of these terrible cards that are pretty great once in a while.
Has anyone suggested Feldon of the Third Path, yet? Making an Impervious Greatwurm token to fling at someone's face seems pretty dope. Heart-Piercer Manticore is another good fling effect.
I did a quick search and found other fitting cards: Boldwyr Heavyweights, Cosmic Larva, Daemogoth Titan, Daemogoth Woe-Eater, Deep-Slumber Titan, Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, Phyrexian Soulgorger, Plague Reaver, Traxos, Scourge of Kroog

What about creatures that deal damage upon entering and/or leaving like Firemaw Kavu and Scuttling Doom Engine

This a massive number of great suggestions, so thank you to everyone who has given me ideas. My online deck list needed to be updated just as bad as in person, and I think these'll give it the kick I want.

Apex Devastator, Worldspine Wurm, Krosan Cloudscraper, Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Darksteel Colossus, Blightsteel Colossus.
I'm not sure if any fit, having not seen the actual deck. Both the colossus reshuffle after being flung, and the wurm makes chump blockers. The others are just big.
