Most Hated Two-Card Combos?

What are your most hated two card combos that people never use?
Something REALLY stupid like Hive Mind with cards like Paradigm Shift or One with Nothing.
The above is my choice
How is the card interaction you mentioned stupid? It might be annoying to play against but it's practically a wincon, if your deck can get away with doing that without crippling yourself along with everyone else then why not run it?

Mine would probably be Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite combined with Kamahl, Fist of Krosa.

Most degenerate? Karn, Silver Golem and Mycosynth Lattice. Target lands with Karn's ability with Lattice out.
Most fun? Stuffy Doll and Guilty Conscience. I've had more than a few people laugh their asses off when I fire THAT off. Use in a Brago, King Eternal for multiple use/target shenanigans.
Funniest? Solemnity and Decree of Silence. What's funnier than having your opponents think they can play magic?

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Curiosity is pretty annoying

Natural Affinity+Massacre Wurm usually an instant win in my play group.

Personally, I hate Possibility Storm + Hive Mind. I didn't realize how much until I had both out with my chaos deck. 0/10 will never do again.

Humility is bad enough, but Night of Souls' Betrayal makes it worse. Either of those cards are also rough with a Kormus Bell and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth out.
Also rarely see Taigam, Ojutai Master and Dovescape.

I really hate Mike and Trike. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion. It's a complete lack of imagination and auto-win in multiplayer.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank can be dirty in edh in a lock-out type of shell.

Exquisite Blood andSanguine Bond Need I say more...?

Opalescence and Enchanted Evening is a deliciously evil combo. Enchanted Evening turns everyone's lands (and token creatures for that matter) into enchantments, while Opalescence sets their power/toughness to 0/0. This kills all lands in play, and ensures no new lands can be played without their dying.

@cdkime that combo makes the game a perpetual draw, though...after a boardwipe, of course...
these are better:
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite + Nature's Revolt or Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite + Living Plane

Those are quite interesting combos which I had not considered before. I only stumbled across the Enchanted Evening and Opalescence combo earlier today while play-testing Opalescence in a deck. Your listed combos are exactly the kind of cruel effect I enjoy, and I may have to build a deck utilizing them.

I hate the tymna + thrasios combo (not the deck, not the different individual combos, just those 2 generals combined).

So far everyone has either mentioned a prison combo, or mass land destruction.
I have come across a new one which brings a LOT of hate, being Hive Mind + Warp World, or any other way to make multiple copies like Melek, Izzet Paragon or Swarm Intelligence. That usually resets the board fairly well.

There are so many infinite combos that I hate, I wouldn't know where to start. I play very little combos, and only in competitive settings.
My favourite one is to have a Leyline of the Void out (or something similar) and then play and activate Helm of Obedience to exile a library.

What's the point of hating a combo if people never use it? Seems like a waste of effort.
