Today i add Griselbrand to my Kaalia 1v1 deck that i use in a store that follow the Magic Online Banlist () in which both Iona, Griselbrand and Sol Ring are legal. I've tried many of the format in the deckbuilder, but any of them allow at the same time all the three cards.
What i'm doing wrong?
Not in that banlist: https://magic.wizards.com/en/game-info/gameplay/rules-and-formats/banned-restricted/magic-online-commander

He is right here
https://magic.wizards.com/en/game-info/gameplay/rules-and-formats/banned-restricted
and if you go to scryfall they have him banned
Now duel commander has different rules and I am not sure if MTGO follows those but regular commander Griselbrand has been banned for a while
also want to add the official commander website since the banlist for commander is not handled by MTG Link to their website

Just ignore the legality thing on tappedout. You are building commander to a different banlist than that used by the vast majority of people. The mtgo banlist is designed with a different intent than the one from the rules committee.

What I linked is the correct ban list from wizards website and it matches the RC's ban list and remember Iona, Shield of Emeria and Paradox Engine got the ban hammer July 2019. To clarify this is regular old fashion commander
There is a duel commander list (think it is a french version of the game) which is different list and I am not sure if that is tracked or used by MTGO or if they just follow the default commander ban list for everything
Here is their link like I said different banlist for that version http://www.duelcommander.com/banlist/
He may want to ask people on MTGO it could just be a simple check mark that flags the the deck as duel commander and instead of regular commander deck where the cards listed are banned. I only play in paper not on MTGO so not sure if it even supports both versions of the format from the rules and banlist

On May 10th of 2017 WotC made a separate Commander banlist for MTGO so that they could have competitive commander events and be able to tweak the meta as they wanted. It is a different banlist than "French" or "Duel" Commander or from Commander. This different format is called "Magic Online Commander 1v1" by WotC and some stores use the banlist for their in-store events.
When their store uses the banlist from Magic Online Commander 1v1 most players simply refer to it as using the "MTGO banlist". OP is asking about Tappedout saying their deck is illegal and what format tag is for Magic Online Commander 1v1. No one here is confused about what is or isn't legal in Commander or Duel Commander. I don't think there is a tag for MTGO banlist and so my advice was to just ignore the legality notices on the site.
yeaGO or Femme_Fatale might have some input on if one of the tags is for that banlist.

Are there any other MTGO specific banlists? We can probably turn the format "MTGO" into this.

From looking at the Mothership format list it looks like the MTGO specific formats are Freeform, Momir Basic, Planeswalker, and Magic Online Commander 1v1. Freeform might as well just be casual. Momir Basic decks are 60 basic lands. Of the remaining two I've never seen any discussion on Planeswalker; but have seen people discuss MTGO Banlist Commander about 10 times in the 2 1/2 years that it has been a thing. I would say it would be safe to turn the MTGO format into MTGO Commander.
