Need help constructing my first commander deck!

I decided, "why not commander?" So, I'm trying to create goblin swarm/burn with Krenko, Mob Boss as the leader of this ridiculous goblin army, and I need help constructing this deck because I have no idea what I'm doing!
Also, it has to be relatively budget. If we could keep the number ~60$ (little more little less) it would be great. Thank you!
I run a Mardu token deck, which uses lots of Goblin tokens.Chancellor of the Forge and Descent of Dragons both work perfectly in those. Also, Skirsdag Cultist can be switched out for Magmaw, and some of the lesser strength goblins can be switched out for better synergy among goblins.

Not a bad choice. I personally love Tribal decks.
Blood Moon + Goblin King is obvious. There are tons of Goblin good stuff.
I tend to add a lot of Tribal good stuff, especially heavy in Mono decks. Hall of Triumph, Caged Sun, Coat of Arms, Door of Destinies. That's off the top of my head, it's late so I'm probably forgetting something.

Sorry didn't notice the budget requirement. Hall of Triumph and Goblin King are the only two cards I mentioned that are budget. The others are well worth it if you can get them at a later time.

Thanks all for your suggestions, but for future reference, could you post them on the deck itself, so I could easier add them to the deck? Thank you. iAzire, I would love to add your suggestions, but they are really expensive. I can't really go passed 70$, even 60$ is a stretch, so Blood Moon is out. I've taken consideration into most of those artifacts, but again, pricey, and I'm not sure what to replace for those.
dbpunk, I'll try to weasle in a spot for Chancellor of the Forge, it actually fits perfectly. Descent of Dragons is good for swarm, I understand, but if they're dragons, they're not goblins, so Krenko couldn't breed them like rabbits anymore. As for Skirsdag Cultist, I just removed her place to make more room for even more goblins. Can never get enough goblins, you know.
joemick, I added all but the Goblin Assassin and Thornbite Staff. I just don't like the assassin, and there's better cards in place of the staff.

Just cause Krenko can't breed them doesn't mean you don't win by destroying 100 goblins and create 100 4/4 dragons. Impact Tremors wins my friend.

Krenko is kinda like any sliver deck or narset or nekusar. Just look up a list and that's going to be your deck. One way or another they all gravitate to the same cards and that's why I don't play them. There's no real creativity in decks like krenko.
