So AndrewW commented on MagicalHacker - List of All "Tuck" Cards and suggested Declaration of Naught. I'm exactly 50/50 on the card, so I ask you: would Declaration of Naught hose a deck completely reliant on its commander?

pretty much. it'd prevent them from playing it so, yeah.

same goes for Nevermore, that one gargoyl, that 6 cost nevermore, etc.

DERPLINGSUPREME Exclusion Ritual doesn't work, because the commander doesn't get imprinted on the enchantment.

Mono-blue Nevermore seems pretty legit to me.

seems playgroup dependent. In a playgroup with commander-centric decks it could be a solid option, but unless I'm mistaken Nevermore isn't played all that often is it?

If I was playing a commander other than Zedruu the Greathearted I would play Declaration of Naught over Nevermore, unless the other commander was tri colored. Being able to give away Nevermore is just to valuable for my style of Zedruu deck, which typically goes down to 2-4 cards in hand before I start drawing with my commander.

Bassically Declaration of Naught is great versus enemy voltron if you're playing or a commander. If you're playing you don't worry about stopping them so much and focus on bounce and the Eternal Witness + Deadeye Navigator + Extra Turn spells combos.

Declartion can be particularly troublesome for mono ! And ? Forget about removing this thing. You just have to watch out for their Nevinyrral's Disk and Chaos Warp, other than that this enchantment is fairly safe and can act as a great deterrent!
