Sand Warrior tokens ... help please!

I've got a trade pending for a Hazezon Tamar (thanks again, rockleemyhero!), so it looks like I'm finally going to be able to build my Haz' deck!
I have a problem though: There are no "official" Sand Warrior tokens for Haz' (he's an original Legend, from before Wizards started publishing tokens as part of sets) and I have no idea what to use.
There are a bunch of options available, from the 1/1 Warrior tokens made by Secure the Wastes to scores of options available on Google. I've built and gathered my favorites below:

So which tokens do you like best? Or do you have even better options?
Thanks so much!

There are computer programs out there that allow you to make customized cards and tokens with customized "set" symbols.
If you'd like, I can ask my buddy what the program is.

It's called MSE, or Magic Set Editor.
But yeah, I like the background image tokens the most. They feel very much in style with Hazar.

Steelspike,
That'd be great; thanks! I did these in MTGcardsmith, but they have a limited number of set symbols (thus the gear, instead of the pillar from Legends)
Thanks again!

I've seen some sick alter art as the sand people from Star Wars IV (tho I think the art was on haz himself). And you got it man!! Glad to help :)

On a side note I had the same problem with sek kaur deathkeeper making ghastborn 3/1 tokens. I ended up using Ghastly Pokemon cards haha. If you are into that, a cubone or marowak could suffice!

On that note, Baltoy/Claydol Pokemon tokens would also suffice.

Yeah, or Sandshrew. And then, when I pump them up, Sandslash! :-D

I like the original background art. To make them extra flashy be sure to print them on Foil cards. You can find videos on how to remove ink from a Foil on YouTube.
My newest hobby is looking at the tokens I need for my decks, looking at the best art for each of those tokens and printing foils. Nothing tells your opponents you're going to win like foil tokens.

You could always use a modified version of the WR soldier tokens from Return from Ravnica, as they just need to be modified to add green, and name changed.

EddCrawley,
Not sure if I like the idea of a multi-colored background ... the gold kind of gives it a sand-colored thing. But that totally got me looking at other tokens, and the Soldier Tokens from Unglued might be just what I'm looking for.
Kind of fun in an old-school way too, since the Unglued tokens were the first ones Wizards ever produced.
So thanks!

Sorry to get your hopes up, but he's not answering my texts... I dunno what's going on with him.

I'll most likely see him at FNM tomorrow night, if he won't tell me then, I'll steal his leg and smack him in the head with it til he gives it up.
Yeah. I'm talking about beating up a cripple. What about it?

The Classic Art Magic tokens Kickstarter made Sand Warrior tokens with this art
I think they're pretty cool. They also have playmats with this image.

If I'm not mistaken, aren't the "sand warriors" that he makes just warriors made of sand? I mean, "sand" is one of their subtypes, so that leads me to believe that they are literally made of sand... right? That makes me think that this art is probably one of the best for the token...

Agrajag99,
Oh those are seriously cool; thanks much!
MagicalHacker,
Yeah, in the original Lore they were human, but they got retcon'd into actual made-of-sand warriors.
That's part of why I like the background art from the Haz' card ... it can kinda go both ways, so to speak.

Agrajag99,
So I looked into that image a little more, and turns out it's not about Sand Warriors, but rather the Biblical Journey of the Magi.
I found that moderately interesting, since supposedly the ORIGINAL inspiration for Hazezon Tamar was a Biblical place-name: "... A vast army is coming against you from Edom, from the other side of the Dead Sea. It is already in Hazezon Tamar ..."

I'm partial to the Hazezon Tamar background art, but maybe I'm a traditionalist.
