With C19's release, we got Bone Miser which got me thinking of building a new deck.
I originally thought of using The Gitrog Monster for dredge synergy which seems like a very fun idea. Then there is Sultai with milling, wheels, reanimation plus counter spells. And Jund with whatever they have (will admit, I'm not that familiar with jund).
If one or more colors work better than these then feel free to let me know, I'm open to any idea out there

Jund has Lord Windgrace as a solid option that likes discarding his things, although not sure how much he wants Bone Miser .
Malfegor would benefit from the Bone Miser .
Olivia, Mobilized for War could too.
Varina, Lich Queen seems like an obvious option.
Essentially any deck that can support wheeling and would want Archfiend of Ifnir would want Bone Miser too. Probably. Depends on your competitiveness level I guess.

Nekusar, the Mindrazer is an option. You could turn into a hugs deck, and run wheel effects (ie Wheel of Fortune , Reforge the Soul , etc). You can also run a ton of the new c19 madness/discard stuff in it.

Considering how awesome Waste Not is in my Nekusar deck I would expect Bone Miser to be very powerful too. Obviously Waste Not scales with the number of opponents you have, and for less mana...but it’s worth trying.

I was thinking about using Bone Miser in tandem with Waste Not . It seems possible to generate near infinite mana with The Gitrog Monster and any discard outlet by discarding Dakmor Salvage to dredge it back and then Torment of Hailfire to potentially wipe everyone out

Lord Windgrace Immediately comes to mind. Repeatable value on a turn by turn basis, and Waste Not could also be run with the Miser.
I'd suggest a Gatherer search for Legendary Creatures that are Commander eligible with the keyword "discard". There are a number of intriguing choices.
