Viability of New Uncommon Legends as Commanders?

Obviously, some are more viable and popular than others, just as others are pretty janky, but which do y'all think are the coolest/best/funniest and why?

Ditto, DrukenReaps. Some of those mythics are hot garbage, and some of the uncommons are super-pushed. It's just a card-by-card decision.
Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage could be pretty nuts in a value-based deck, as could Arvad the Cursed, Tiana, Ship's Caretaker, or Valduk, Keeper of the Flame. Just depends on your playstyle!
Hallar might not have the support right now that he needs to shine, because there are only 61 Gruul-playable Kicker spells, and that's including unplayables. But maybe he's a perfect sleeper Commander that nobody will expect.

randomthing has made Tatyova, Benthic Druid for our group. The deck is reliant on its commander to a fault, but it's capable of some truly nutty turns. Don't think to list is public.

I've made a slick Slimefoot, the Stowaway deck especially when I combo with Life and Limb and Scapeshift. Deck link here: Im such a fun-guy

I don't think rarity is really a factor. Plenty of the mythics are laughable.
As for specific ones Grunn, the Lonely King is very viable... My friend replaced his Zurgo Helmsmasher with it and I have to say it is scarier. Tuned right you will be lucky to survive 1 unblocked hit.
Some of the others are cool too Danitha Capashen, Paragon is really efficient and with the right assortment of kicker spells Hallar, the Firefletcher could really kick some ass.
