What are some combos that do more harm than good?

Combos like Worldgorger Dragon and Animate Dead can generate infinite mana, but without removal, it can also stall the game completely.

This is the only combo that I know of, but does anyone know any other combos that can blow up in the pilots face if they're not careful?

Archon of Sun's Grace+Enchanted Evening will draw the game unless one of the pieces is removed--but at least you'll have a lot of flying ponies at the end

There are a handful of combos that create unbreakable loops without winning--the one that comes to my mind is Sporemound and Life and Limb.

I guess you could set up something like Ash Zealot and Past in Flames, or put a Transcendence in a life gain deck.

What are you trying to accomplish with this idea?

Nothing in particular. Im just curious, because you always can talk to people about regular combos that the pilot only stands to benefit from. But you never are warned about the combos that ultimately kill you or stall the game on accident.

Heartless Hidetsugu plus Angrath's Marauders when you're at an even life total.

My favorite thing is a forced draw with Thoracle trigger on the stack. A closer example to yours is Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Apprentice; you wait until they discard their hand, then counter/remove.

Soul Warden + Herd Baloth+Archangel of Thune

Infinitely large creatures and infinite life which amounts to nothing if the loop isn’t broken.

Midnight Reaper has caused me grief because I have forgotten it was in play and went for a Thrilling Encore + Ashnod's Altar type of play.

Pariah on a Brash Taunter. Then Arcbond. Then any damage to it will start a loop, because Arcbond damages all players, and Pariah redirects the damage to Brash Taunter again.

This usually wins the game, but my opponent had a Selfless Squire and then the 2 of us drawed while the rest of the table died.

Selvala, Explorer Returned + Umbral Mantle. In a 4 player game this can go on for a very long time. Almost always causing everyone to draw their library. In a game with more than 4 players it's gonna work

griffstick, I’m glad you said it because Selvala, Explorer Returned with any untapping shenanigans makes turns take forever especially if you have other triggers to consider. I love the deck but I can feel everyone else getting bored as I go through my twentieth trigger but they refuse to kill her because they want the card draw.

Accidentally decking yourself to Horizon Chimera and Drogskol Reaver without an appropriate wincon online.

I Waved once and didn't get the wincon but got those two. Oopsie shrug?

If your opponent has more life than you have cards in your library, then Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Curiosity could mean you end up milling yourself out. Unless of course you have a Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries in play.

Polyraptor and Marauding Raptor or anything that deals damage to creatures etb. That's why you have to pack a Swords to Plowshares to cut off your own combo.
