Which commander would make a good general for a voodoo themed deck?

That seems pretty fitting. I was torn between going the zombie route or a curse route.

You get access to Grixis, which has many nice curses for voodoo magics. Lets you continually use and abuse tap effects from spooky creatures. Also, he's a human wizard

Volrath the Fallen do some voodoo by nonchalantly giving him fear or shadow and paying 2 to discard a Draco . Or have Chainer fun in the deck.

I second sek'kuar the deathkeeper, but I'm also going to throw in Tasigur, the Golden Fang . Whatever you go with, you need Stuffy Doll . (For bonus points, if you're any good with sewing or know someone who is, you can actually make that Stuffy Doll and show your victim exactly what's happening.)

legendofa I can't believe I forgot to mention good ol' stuffy! Won't necessarily be a 'good' card in the deck but super good flavor win.

are the perfect inclusions. Theres also
Puppet Strings
. Theres a bunch of like
Black Vise
but bot the masterpiece the older ones like this 
Wheel of Torture , Viseling , Rackling , Shrieking Affliction , and Iron Maiden .
